Hi all,
My contractor is Alan from Aian Furniture & Renovation Contractor. As mentioned, I know my designs so just get his help to carry out all the work. Personally I find him better than the 3-4 IDs I met, who just followed your design and draw out the plans. Alan is realistic and experienced so he's able to provide very good input and even provide suggestion for space saving, which other IDs didn't even spot on (the small corner between where we wanna put our fridge and the kitchen window can be used for shelving etc). However, he's not as polished as ID and can be forgetful. We are ok to remind him and also he accommodates to our changes along the way. Let me know if u all meet up & engage him then we hav stronger bargain power
His strength is carpentry as he has a team of carpenters in Sg so the work is consistent. We are impressed and happy with the quality work he produced as we check out the punggol house that he renovated.
